Safari Marketing & Management Services Contractual Agreement for the Provision of Hunting Safaris

It is agreed that the balance of daily rate will be paid prior to the commencement of the safari, and the trophy fees will be paid at the conclusion of the safari.
There shall be no refund on any deposit paid, unless the hunt is cancelled no less than six (6) months prior to 1st. March of the calendar year in which the hunt is booked. In the event of the hunt being cancelled prior to this date, 50% of the deposit will be refundable. It must be noted that hunting is a dangerous vocation and although HHK Safaris are committed to your safety, comfort and enjoyment, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, illness or death that may occur whilst on the safari.
