Omay Safari Area Camps and FacilitiesHHK Safaris operates five different camps in the area. This allows the company, to most of the time, offer the exclusive use of a camp to our clients. The five camps are located in different areas through out the hunting concession. Which allows access to the whole area and spreads the hunting pressure through out. Our main Chifudzi camp is powered by commercial electricity whilst all the other camps have generator powered electricity. A more detailed description of each camp follows: Chifudzi Camp Comprising of 4 double 'A' frame bedroom chalets with bathroom-en-suite, Chifudzi camp is located in the South Eastern part of the concession, allowing easy access to the Matusadona National Parks southern boundary. Overlooking the Chifudzi River the camp is comfortable and well located for superb hunting. Manyuli Camp Set some 500 feet high on a cliff overlooking the Ume River and its floodplain, Manyuli Camp must offer one of the finest views in Africa. Elephant, buffalo and impala graze on the floodplain below the camp all year round. The camp is a tented camp with bathrooms attached to the back of the tents, electricity is by generator.
