Gokwe Safari Area

Gokwe Camp belongs to the Gokwe North CAMPFIRE area and is situated in the mid-Zambezi Valley. The area is bordered

in the west by the Famous Chirisa Hunting area and in the north by Ume Area. The area has a

size of about 350.000 ha and is mainly a hilly and mountainous terrain, interspersed with flat

grasslands. Many streams and river beds run from the escarpment. The Vegetation comprises

Mopane forest and Jessie Bush. In Omay we have a luxury Safari Camp consisting of thatched Aframe

chalets.
