Mukwichi Safari Area

Chewore Escarpment and Muckwichi is a combination of CAMPFIRE hunting area & Safari area

situated in the lower Zambezi Valley, and is bordered in the north by the Chewore South Safari

Area and Mana Pools National Park and in the east by the Doma Safari area and our Dande South

hunting area.. The area has a size of about 500.000 ha and is mainly a hilly and mountainous terrain

with many streams and river beds running from the escarpment. The Vegetation is Miombo

Woodland and Mopane forest. In Chewore / Muckwichi we have 2 luxury Main Safari Camps

conprising of thatched A-frame chalets. The area is famous for Buffalo, Elephant and successful

Leopard Safaris. It is also a good area for Lions.
